Mail Days to Sync
This setting determins how much email is synchronized and available on your phone directly. This is important if you have or will have lack of internet or a slow internet speed. Also, if you are frequently going through older email you can determine how much email you want stored locally.
You have the options of 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, or one Month.
There is also the option of ‘No Limit’, however I have found that with this selected, you will eat up quite a bit of storage space on your device. Unless there is a very good reason to do so, or if you have a very small mailbox, I do not ever recommend the ‘No Limit’ option.
Also known as ‘Out of Office’, this can be set up on your mobile device.
This gives you the following options:
– Set an End Date: This will be the date that the auto-reply turns off
– An Away Message – this is the message that everyone will get – unless you specify…
– External Away Message – this gives you the opportunity to send a different and more formal message to individuals who are not a part of your organization
