You have the options of 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, or one Month.
There is also the option of ‘No Limit’, however I have found that with this selected, you will eat up quite a bit of storage space on your device. Unless there is a very good reason to do so, or if you have a very small mailbox, I do not ever recommend the ‘No Limit’ option.
Automatic Reply
Also known as ‘Out of Office’, this can be set up on your mobile device.
This gives you the following options:
– Set an End Date: This will be the date that the auto-reply turns off
– An Away Message – this is the message that everyone will get – unless you specify…
– External Away Message – this gives you the opportunity to send a different and more formal message to individuals who are not a part of your organization
